Synopsis
Asta and Yuno were left at the same church on the same day. They grew up together and learned about the "Wizard King"—a title for the most powerful wizard in the kingdom—and vowed to compete for that position. However, their differences are clear as adults. Yuno has extraordinary magic, while Asta cannot use magic at all and trains hard to awaken his powers. At the age of 15, Yuno got a four-leaf clover Grimoire, while Asta got nothing. Not long after, Yuno was attacked by Lebuty, who wanted to take his Grimoine. Asta tries to fight but loses. In desperation, he hears Yuno's voice and awakens the five-leaf clover Grimoire, "Black Clover," which gives him the power to win. A few days later, they both set out on a journey with the same goal—to become the Wizard King!
